Just walked out of Salem Auto after waiting in Line and having the attendee Lady look at me and take the Gentlemen behind me, Great. FYI Youre getting taken for your money. Had a brake failure last year evacuated all fluid and I limped it in, They wanted 2000$ to replace master cylinder and 2 calipers. I fixed my car for 168$ by replacing 1 caliper and bleeding system. Additionally a friend had a code for EVAP system, Salem auto wanted 3k, (drop gas tank inspect/replace fuel pump etc) I explained to him this code pops in our area due to barometric pressure changes and used my scantool to reset and fixed for free. Thank you for looking at me in Line and taking the next customer. Take note of the positive reviews compared against Mechanical knowledge.

I was referred here by my son, who had been referred by his father in-law. This place is very honest, transparent, fair, and extremely thorough in their work. Everyone there is super helpful, friendly, answering any questions I had. I had my brakes & rotors fixed, which supposedly were fixed by the dealership (which I have been a long time customer with) less than a year ago. Salem Auto fixed my problem, gave me a great price & they warranty their work! I will continue to go here for all of my repairs. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here.
