I'd purchased a used 2010 Prius specifically because the previous owner had recently replaced the EV battery (often a major expense in long-term Prius ownership & maintenance) because I knew I could continue to operate the vehicle for a long time to come. I experienced an issue with the motor that arose a few months later (around 270,000 miles) that, when diagnosed, necessitated either replacement or disposal of the vehicle. I called around and learned about Mile Hybrid's record with hybrid vehicles and was advised by Micky that, if the EV battery was new, it was worth considering an engine replacement. Knowing the life of these vehicles to be excellent when well-maintained, I opted for an engine replacement to be done at Mile Hybrid. The replacement took only a few days and I have been beyond satisfied with the results. Between the replaced motor and new EV battery, this vehicle is going to be my daily driver well into the foreseeable future and continues to maintain excellent mileage and overall maintenance costs for standard items. Micky and staff have been incredibly helpful in follow-on oil changes and related maintenance work and I look forward to having all future work done by Mile Hybrid. Highly recommend for expert insight and automotive work on a Prius! I have far more peace of mind knowing the car's components have been expertly installed and understood by them.

Our daughter was in an accident, so we were going to take her car to a body shop to see if it should be totaled if it couldn't be repaired. I called here first because they had installed a new battery/display last year & thought they might buy them back prorated if her car was totaled. They told us they have fixed a couple hundred Prius's in this situation, so we had it towed here instead (we had no idea they did that kind of work). They are some of the most positive, competent, and helpful people we've met and did an Incredible job fixing our daughter's car at a super reasonable price. No regrets; thank you Mile Hybrid (Eric, Micky, & the whole team)!!

After 550 miles of driving, my electric Cadillac ELR died 6 miles from Mile Hybrid. I had the car towed and Micky was quick to help get me going again to complete my road trip. The found some loose wiring connectors, tightened them up, and got me on my way. Unfortunately my car died again 2 miles away. I ended up taking it back immediately. The team dug in a little deeper and found that the transmission was loose on its mounts, causing vibrations that would disconnect the wiring occasionally. They made it right, and I was able to drive home another 500 miles away. Super happy to work with these guys and I wish they were closer so I could visit again next time this car needs service.
