Went to Blue Nile to get some broken lights replaced and was shocked at not only how great their customer service was, but also the speed in which they were done. I had planned on dropping it off and ubering to the stuff I needed to do for the rest of the day but didn’t need to. I drove there (25 minutes), got what I needed fixed, got other small things I didn’t notice or care too much about before fixed, and made it back home in 2 hours. Everyone was super transparent and did a good job explaining what they did and how to try to fix it myself in the future if there are issues. They also gave me an estimate for another part and that estimate was about 1/2 of the price of the original 2 estimates I had got prior. Will definitely be returning!?

Superb service at a fair price. One of the few shops that is open on Saturdays. Fixed my exhaust issue within a couple of hours. Friendly staff who are transparent and honest with their customers. Highly recommend checking them out for your auto repair needs! Their website is easy to navigate & you can schedule an appointment within seconds.
