I love this recycling center. I mostly bring cardboard, glass, and household hazardous waste. So, I can't comment on the paid weight process. All I can say is that the paid line gets long, but don't have weight in that line to recycle. I'm only giving it one star I wish they could recycle more. Ex: household batteries, which seem like a toxic addition to any landfill. The goal should be about sustainability and not profit.

I got a little turned around and went in the household hazardous waste area instead of the recycling area... but the guys there could not have been more helpful. They were kind and gave good directions... Best customer service I've seen in awhile! Very easy drop and go - once you get to the right place. Things are labeled well... there is just a lot of activity and big trucks so that makes it confusing at first.
