Damon was absolutely a life saver. Loved his bright humorous personality while working safely and efficiently. SAS Heavy Rescue Towing showed up after we had tried for several hours to get help. We were really stranded and had exhausted all efforts with other towing companies. We can't say enough! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Hats off to Damon and SAS Towing!

I am giving a one star only because of the nice gentleman that came out to hand my keys. The operator lady who answers the phones and claim to be the owner of the property is a total Karen. I felt very sorry to hear the way she was talking and trying to complicate any solution. I was throwing to make my day go smoother after my son got into a car wreck. She had no empathy whatsoever and seemed like she was extremely mad at life and whatever it is that she does on a daily basis. God bless her and gives her a bit of sunshine and throws a bit of kindness and love into her life she really needs it. Paid 650 to get it out same day, Begged the Owner to give me a break since she kept telling me I had to give her an hour notice exactly and if not there in an hour, I had to wait another hour, which would make time just keep on wasting and adding to the cost. ?

These people are price gauging . Tell you one price on phone then get there and change it. They have no heart. The officer at the scene was rude as well. Williamson County Sheriff officer. Instead of having compassion for someone who hss just been in a accident that treat you like a criminal. Such a great Christmas spirit.
