The assistant manager on duty was rude, inattentive, and unprofessional throughout my visit. When I inquired about getting a tire rotation, he was unable to provide clear information about scheduling or wait times. As an assistant manager, I expected him to be knowledgeable about service timelines and capable of assisting customers effectively. Instead, he showed little attention to my concerns and did not make any effort to provide helpful or accurate information. His attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience frustrating and disappointing. — Cy Fair Tire you should be ashamed of your management.
