Brought in an escape for a transmission replacement covered by silver rocks carvana warranty. Took 3 weeks from drop off to pick up. Received frequent updates from Freddy. 10/10 experience. My wife brought a sienna for a transmission replacement as well, also covered by silverrock and it took them 2 complete months to accomplish the same thing. 1 month of that was them not submitting diag stuff to SilverRock. My wife was calling them frequently and they were telling her they were on it, when they weren't. Aside from this issue, their work is excellent, and their customer service is decent.

I highly recommend to take your vehicle to get it repaired for they will be in excellent hands. Went in for a wreck dent in my car and was attended right away. They looked over my car and found other small dents and scratches that they said they’ll be able to tackle meanwhile working on the bigger problem.I dropped off my car and they took care of it in a timely manner. Upon receiving my car the dent and all minor details were gone and the car looked as good as new. they took the time to repaint and polish it which is greatly appreciated. i will be recommending this establishment to friends and family.
