Please avoid buying from this specific IAAI, they are nothing but back stabbing scammers, I recently purchased a vehicle that stated run and drive, when I received the vehicle it had a damaged motor that’s completely locked and doesn’t even start. I contacted the branch manager Bobby Nicholas and they refuse to give me a refund.

Not helpful, took longer than they said to get my claim money. Every employee had a different story on how they accept or don't accept documentation. Overall rude and unhelpful customer service when it came to handling the claim of my totaled vehicle.

The forklift damaged the windshield and exhaust, costing me $600 more to fix. The vehicle was rated 45/50 which is a lie. More like 20/50. It’s a scam company. Save your money and time. The extra charges are crazy too.
