I first came in to have my snow tires delivered and installed. The process was smooth and everything was handled professionally. A few days later, I hit a pothole and unfortunately had to get my car towed and replace one of the tires, so I ended up coming back again shortly after my first visit. What stood out to me both times was how kind and accommodating everyone was. David helped me during both visits, and he was consistently patient, informative, and thoughtful in how he handled everything. When you’re already dealing with the stress of car trouble and towing, the way someone communicates with you makes a big difference. He took the time to explain what was happening and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I also spoke with Chris over the phone, and he was just as helpful and professional. The consistency between in-person and phone communication really says a lot about the team. I know car issues are part of life, but the level of customer service here is what made the experience different. I truly appreciate how I was treated both times.

I came in the cold weather yesterday and it was very busy. These guys here in Fairfield, took good care of me and kept the same attitude the whole time. WOW I couldn’t believe how busy they were, usually when places are busy people have attitudes and they are ready to leave as soon as they walk in. Brought in a recently purchased used car with very low mileage. Car was in great condition aside from being slightly off on alignment. They did a good job and proper job on the wheel alignment and fixed my issue the first time. Would recommend. Brian helped me at the counter and a large gentleman (tall and heavy) preformed the alignment. They both went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate that.
