Horrible customer service! The reps address you with a “take it or leave it attitude. Congratulations I left. I’ve had Pratt for 3 years and the service has been terrible! Missed pickups, when I call and ask about it there is not a concrete answer with rude reps as well. The holidays are the worse. They claim 1 day delay. They lie, the trucks never show up. I’m happy I cancelled my “it gets more expensive by the month” subscription! This is not the way you should treat your customers.

Absolutely do NOT sign with this company. Their contract is a trap. The fine print is deliberately written to lock you in very much like a predatory car loan, and once you sign, getting out is nearly impossible. The terms are buried, unclear, and overwhelmingly one-sided. They make it easy to sign and nearly impossible to leave. This feels intentional and unethical. Customer flexibility does not exist, and transparency is nonexistent. I regret ever doing business with them and strongly warn others to stay far away unless you enjoy being stuck in a contract you can’t escape.
