First time being here and they ripped me off on 234 pounds of solid aluminum saying it was dirty and a few pieces were but I did not know to separate them so they counted the full 234 lbs as dirty and when confronted what happened they said it already had been dumped. So they kicked me off the property and trespassed me. Fair warning!

prices are great if you ever find the place poor communication skills with everyone that works there not a friendly person at all except for the young lady that handles the cash. I'll go there again but not for the hospitality

I recently took a mini fridge and an old chair to DEF RECYCLING, LLC, expecting at least a fair payout for the scrap value. Instead, I was handed a measly $1 for everything. That was frustrating enough, but what really made this experience a nightmare was realizing later that one of the coins I received as change was a 2000-P Sacagawea Dollar Coin, a rare variety that can be worth up to $5,000! It’s incredibly disappointing that they either failed to recognize the value of what they were giving out or knew exactly what they were doing and took advantage of people who aren't coin experts. Either way, this is a huge red flag. If you plan to do business here, be extremely careful with what they give you and what they take from you. You might be getting ripped off without even knowing it! Would not recommend.
