ACTUALLY ITS A -5 STARS!!!! I HAD MY TRUCK TAKEN THERE AND WHEN I GOT IT BACK ALL KINDS OF STUFF WAS MISSING FROM MY TRUCK, WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY REFUSED TO SAY ANYTHING.!! They have a sign on the wall saying they're not responsible for anything left in the vehicle but it doesn't say anything about they're all thieves and they have a racket that they call a business, while I was there about the missing stuff another guy showed up screaming that his wallet with 500$ of his rent money and all his cards with his kids SS cards and it was all stolen right out of his glove box, he was freaking out and they did the same thing and just ignored him.!!! I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NU ERA OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES!! POOR SERVICE/ OVER PRICED/ UNTRUSTWORTHY/CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR AND THEY STEAL OUT OF CARS WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ITS NOT HAPPENING.... THEY DONT CARE HOW OBVIOUS IT IS BECAUSE THEY THINK THEYRE UNTOUCHABLE

Went to get my belonging and these people don’t even talk to your face or look at you they talk to you threw a microphone can’t even see threw their window. I drove 7 hours to get my belongings and my husbands wallet wasn’t in there or my social security cards! Even tho we called and told them Excatly where they were. When I asked about it they said my car was no longer on the lot

Stole my wallet out of my vehicle when it was repossessed When claiming our items it was not with our belongings, and the car had already been moved So of course, I tracked down to the next yard that had the vehicle and the wallet was not Still in the vehicle Would not recommend
