Picked up my Nissan today after only dropping it off a few days ago. Lori is fabulous and communicates clearly, directly, and updates you thru the process. She makes everything very easy for you, even arranging with the rental car company. My car looks great and cleaner than when I dropped it off! Hopefully my car doesn’t get hit again, but if it does I will def be coming back here for the good work and even better customer service. Thank you so much Lori.

What an amazing experience! I chose this place after reviewing the comments and going in to speak with them. From the beginning Laurie was extremely attentive and helpful in assisting me with navigating my first claims repair. The job took a little longer than first stated but it was completely worth the wait as I was informed the paint job needed to be redone as they felt it could be done better and they were waiting on pieces for the vehicle. The car looks brand new!! ? Laurie and Chris were amazing from beginning to end and even went as far as contacting enterprise on my behalf in regards to the rental car bill. (THANK YOU AGAIN!)They were always fast in returning my calls and answering any questions I had. Really happy with my decision in choosing Auto-Glen and will definitely be back on any vehicle future repairs. Thank you for everything guys!
