Scheduled a car inspection and dropped it off the night before. I got a text when they finished the inspection with a link to a very detailed report. They not only ran a state inspection but completed their own detailed inspection. The report included pictures of issues and even recommendations based on the cars age and mileage. They recommended these items in the report but never pushed in on me as necessary. Very impressed and will be taking my car here for any future repairs and inspections.

Mark, Jim Peters and I were great friends with Bob and Joan Forth, even before they married. Jim mentioned your service to me just last week, so I called and spoke to Ed and set today for 8 a.m. I left at 9:30 as Teri was pulling into the drive way. Let me simply say Ed is a great frontend cool and collected guy, and covered tire issues in relation to all wheel drive and uniform tire types, models, pressures and wear. The mechanic did a very complete review and mentioned milage potential aspects to consider. One that was mentioned was the battery ware, which I did have replaced very recently, and Ed mentioned I should go through the mechanic issues pointed out on email. The battery was one. The entire time spent was near 1-1/2 hours, and I'm happy to know that everything seems in good standing. Your operation is certainly top notch and a very close access compared to Van Bortel, but I bought their warranty extension to use up when I bought this car 2 years ago Give Teri a kiss from Earl and Sharon Krause.....guessing that the least time we saw her was playing cards at the Hilton house, or Conesus Lake. We were living on Cape Cod for 25 years, post Kodak. Jim and Bob did some work converting a tax prep office (former owner) into a bedroom accessible from inside the Cape house. We are in the Fallone tract off Whitter Rd., Ogden.
