We use Lights Auto as one of our main vendors. They are always so helpful and professional on the phone when I call. This past Wednesday I placed and order with Carl who when out of his way to help me. The order was scheduled to be delivered today, so I called and spoke to Spencer who was very accommodating. Decided to switch to Napa parts because I wasn't happy with the quality I was getting from Autozone and the service at Advance is terrible. I did an online order for some brake pads and was able to pick them up on my way home. I ordered the wrong ones, which was my fault, and took them back a few days later to exchange for the correct ones. The process was very simple and the sales people are very helpful. I got the Premium series pads and they are excellent quality. I will be doing business with the Palmyra Napa from now on.
