over the phone they are scary and do not seem to know anything about metal recycling. they don't have a pmi gun and they cannot tell me about the process. I imagine after speaking to them over the phone I will get scammed per they don't have a pmi gun just an old guy that knows what everthing is lol. .. the prices over the phone were a third or a reputable metal place . I was also concerned that they did not understand the basics of there business over the phone that screams a scam and poorly managed business . the people that answer n the phone should be experts at the business they run . I have 200k pounds of metal scrap loaded onto 4 tractor trailer and was unable to even determine if they could handle that amount or how that much volume would work. it's sad and I would avoid . ugh either run the business or close the doors. gross

Seem very rude over the phone. Acted like general public should know prices. Took a load, workers didnt offer to help off load. That didnt seem right, especially since it was only one woman and a 5 & 7 yr old.
