Sent a GM cluster out to them to have the backlighting replaced, and a stepper motor for my fuel gauge, a few days after reinstalling my cluster the speedometer stopped working, sent 2 emails without a response, decided to call she said she would send me a label to ship it back after rushing me off the phone. It’s now been 3 days of asking for the label and I still don’t have it. The cluster is out of my car and ready to go. Can’t afford the down time on my car. Should have sent my cluster to circuit board medics like I have in the past. But decided I’d try somewhere local. Big mistake!!

Was afraid to bring my cluster for repair because there was some bad review but took the shot. For my experience its total false, the owners are very friendly and offer to help if anything happens with the cluster and the work itself took less than an hour. If you have problems with your cluster that’s the place to go

Nightmare. Avoid at all costs. Sent them a instrument cluster to be rebuilt. They said it was fixed 3 times and we received a non working cluster 3 times. Completely unresponsive. Does not answer phone calls. Ignores emails. Promised me a refund multiple times. Followed up 10+ times and never received it. Do not understand how they stay in business.
