Great experience... I needed a higher capacity battery battery for my F150, because it's a Powerboost Hybrid and when in electric mode, all of the interior accessories run off that battery, without the help of the engines alternator to charge it. (Because it's shut off) The stock Ford battery, keeps requiring me to put a charger on it, so I just bought a much heavier duty, AGM unit. These guys really know their stuff and are awesome to work with!!!

The crew here was awesome and replaced a battery in my truck when none of the other shops in the area wanted to. They know what they’re doing and charge you a fair price. I’d definitely come back and certainly do recommend Batteries Plus. Much appreciated!

Absolute worst customer service i have experienced in maybe a decade from any company I have come.in contact with. Despicable employees Adam and willow. Super inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I drove an hour in the opposite direction just to not deal with them. I cant believe they are still currently employed at the location or by this company. It tells you all you need to know about the company. Smoking cigarettes in front of customers. Calling customers names. Not giving customer service contact information so I dont complain. Absolutely heinous. I wish I could give this a negative star.
