I’ve been going to the Battery Warehouse in Pooler for the past three years, and the customer service has always been top-tier. But this most recent visit hit differently. I walked in already having a rough day and honestly feeling overwhelmed. Hunter, Ray, and Tracy stepped in with the kind of patience, kindness, and attentiveness you don’t see often anymore. They didn’t just help me—they genuinely cared. They listened, they made sure I had everything I needed, and they went above and beyond in a way that completely shifted my mood. I left in tears, not from stress this time, but from the relief and humanity they showed me. Three years of great service, and somehow they still managed to exceed every expectation.
