I bought a 16 F550 mechanics truck from Taylor back in the summer of 2025. I took the train down to virgina and drove it home. When I got home there was some issues I noticed with the truck. I informed Taylor right away with photos and he jumped right on it. Picked up the truck and corrected everything. I even found a slight little issue when I got it home after he brought it back and he got me the part and I installed it with no issues. Most dealerships would have just said its AS IS kick rocks.
