We have loved living at South Blendon Vista! If you are looking for a beautiful apartment with a spacious open floor plan and beautiful glass windows, you should definitely consider living here. It is very affordable and such a great place to live no matter what stage of life you are in. Plus, everyone that works here is so receptive and helpful. When I needed help in my apartment, the maintenance guy showed up within half an hour. Thank you Koetje!

We lived here for almost 3 years and just recently ended our lease due to buying our first home! Our experience was nothing but great here and we always planned to stay here until we found a house. This was our first apartment moving out of our parents and we were so grateful for the experience we had. Down to the space itself being nice, amazing maintenance help and the office staff is also incredible! Rent is priced so fair and a hard price to beat in this day and age! If you’re looking for a place to rent I would definitely check it out!! I have nothing but good things to say!

Lived here for a little over a year and have nothing but good things to say about these apartments! We loved the location, as well as the surrounding trees and trails. Everything is very clean, quiet, and always well kept. Everyone in the office is very communicative and does their best to take care of the tenants. We would definitely recommend South Blendon!
