Previous review was censored despite being factually accurate. All I can say is if you want any semblance of proper service, use literally any other tow company. They always seem to be on police rotation so they will try to call them; try to avoid that for your own sake.

Chris the owner of the business was verbally abusive toward me as a customer. I asked him to address my concerns regarding the $420 fees that he charged to release my vehicle held for less than 24 hours. He yelled at me and called the police claiming I was disturbing his operations. I never raised my voice at him once (I recently had three vocal chord surgeries and can’t even yell even if I want too, but that’s beside the point). The background story is that the vehicle died on the road 2.3 miles from his business (near Moostones the restaurant). Apparently, his business has a contract with the town of Chelmsford so the police only calls his services. I found the fees excessive because he charged me a supplemental fee of $132 for pulling my vehicle from his yard to the street (less than 50 feet). He insisted that those are the fees set by the Department of Public Utilities and all the fees on my invoice are within Massachusetts regulations. I offered to drive the vehicle out of his yard myself to avoid that fee but he refused. Two hours later the other towing company that came to tow the vehicle to the dealership turned the car on and drove it unto their flatbed unassisted by any cables. This goes to show the vehicle could have left his yard with no service on his part. Worst service and experience I’ve had in a long time anywhere.

I had a very disappointing experience at this auto shop. From the moment I arrived, the staff member was dismissive. We were trying to arrange for a tow, but the communication was unclear, and they couldn’t provide a reliable time for when the shop would be closing. Then when it was time to pay she then let us know we had to go get cash but didn’t let us know beforehand. We tried to explain that she should’ve told us sooner and when I expressed my concerns, the staff member responded rudely and accused me of being disrespectful for saying she wasn’t listening , despite me simply trying to clarify the situation. If you’re already stressed about car troubles, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere to avoid additional frustration and poor customer service.
