My 2022 Mazda CX-30 was involved in a rear end collision that required replacement of my rear hatch, rear driver side panel, and the rear window. After getting a recommendation from a local mechanic, I reached out to Kris Dallas at Northeastern Auto Body to inquire about how soon they could schedule my repair and how long it would take. Kris was very professional and helpful right from the start. He took a look at my insurance claim & estimate paperwork and looked over my vehicle and gave me confidence that he would do a thorough job repairing my vehicle. We agreed on a time for dropping off my vehicle and Kris offered to coordinate with a rental car company to have a rental available for me when I dropped off my vehicle. This was just one example of Kris going above and beyond to provide a smooth experience for an otherwise stressful situation. It took a few days longer than planned for Kris and his team to complete the work on my car, but when I arrived to pick up my vehicle it felt like the accident was a distant bad dream. My car looked showroom fresh. It had been washed and detailed, and any sign of the previous damage was completely gone. Kris and his team did an incredible job of repairing my vehicle's damage. To me the extra couple of days were well worth the wait. Kris spent time with me going over what work had been done and also offered some advice for keeping rodents from building their home in my vehicle's engine compartment. Kris also advised driving for 100 miles or so to let the safety systems get re-calibrated after the battery had been disconnected for the repairs. Over the course of the next week I noticed that my blind-spot safety indicators were firing very frequently and much more often than they did prior to my repairs. I contacted Kris and he arranged to have me drop off the vehicle for a couple hours while he inspected the installation of the safety sensors. After a couple hours Kris called me to come pick up the car. Kris reported that he first drove my vehicle to check the status of the blind-spot warning and agreed that they were too sensitive. He then double-checked the sensor mounts and found them to have been installed incorrectly. He made the necessary corrections to the sensor mounts and made a couple of test drives to check the results before calling me to come pick up the car. I'm very happy to report that the blind-spot warnings are back to normal now and I could not be more happy with the work that Kris and his team have done. They have all been very respectful, professional, and thorough in explaining the work, and offering additional advice and tips on caring for my car. Thank you Kris and everyone at Northeast Auto Repair for a really great experience in what is normally a terrible situation. I would definitely recommend Kris and his team to anyone needing collision damage repair to their vehicle. Kris really stands by his work.

These guys are great. The work is high quality. Chris was super friendly and appreciative of my business. He was looking out for me as a customer. He managed changes along the way with the insurance company and the rental car company. He helped me out on pricing with an additional repair I asked him to do for me outside of the covered work too. There was excellent communication throughout the process, and they were a huge help in resolving a mechanical issue that surfaced after the body repairs were complete. Highly recommend!
