We broke down on I95 on a Friday in 5pm rush hour traffic Dustin At Top Level Diesel worked hard to find a tow company willing to tow our truck and trailer loaded with 45,000lbs in rush hour, after getting to his shop they quickly diagnosed the problem and we had them do a rebuild on our Detroit motor. They did an excellent job, Sent us pictures and kept us updated,Dustin and his team worked long hard hours to get us up and running again.we also had them build a custom exhaust on our Cascadia and it looks and sounds great , we highly recommend them to anyone in the Richmond Virginia area.They are by far Top Level ? thanks again Dustin and your team we will definitely be back in the future!!!

Found this company on the Truck Down app and decided to give them a try. I was thoroughly impressed with their work and expertise. Reached out to them at 8:30a and was back to work at 10:15a. Usually takes a Love or TA 4-6hr just to get to you. Dustin was very knowledgeable and identified the problem immediately. I love these guys service. Going to get an inverter installed with them next. Highly recommended!!

I contacted Top Level Diesel based on the good Google reviews. Not being from the Richmond VA area I called around trying to arrange for a reliable diesel mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection for a CAT 3126B engine on a partially converted schoolbus RV that my husband and I were considering buying for our 3rd act passion project. Dustin did not disappoint! He arrived promptly to the prearranged appointment to check out the vehicle motor and systems. He gave us his unbiased opinions on its condition but also really listened to our intended uses and thoughts and provided his input of mechanical expertise which is exactly what we wanted and needed to make an informed decision about the purchase. Moving ahead, we made our deal and did not hesitate to put the bus in his hands for a complete preventative maintenance. He was accomodating by making sure our vehicle made it to the tire store and a fabricator for a custom heavy duty hitch install. When it was ready for pick up we flew back to Virginia and Dustin was waiting and available to answer our questions and pick up. During our 900-mile drive home, Dustin responded promptly to texted questions about the engine performance. We felt like we had a mechanic on call. THAT is a lot of peace of mind. Finally arriving home with no incidents, I highly recommend Dustin and Top Level Diesel, LLC as knowledgable, experienced, trustworthy outfit, with professional dealings throughout as well as reasonably priced. And finally, on a personal note, Dustin is an extremely polite and respectful young man. We will definitely use Top Level Diesel, LLC services again. Maholo Dustin!
