BEWARE!! The owner Ed forged My signature on legal documents!!! I confronted him about it and he created a lie that a female worker (that does NOT exist) forged the signature. He even admitted that he did it "the female worker" did it another client. A TRUE FRAUD!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! HORRIBLE AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! the work was complete not perfect but finally complete after a weeks. Such a BAD EXPERIENCE with Ed, the owner specifically.

KEVIN DIAS and EDIMILSON are not TRUSTWORTHY, don’t believe them. Don’t leave your car at this location. Kevin said he was going to fix my and and never did, I paid $650,00 Dollars for NO SERVICE. They both lied to me! and said they’re going to fix it so I even thought I believed they’re word and left my car there 4 times and every time was an excuse. They have 2 places one is located at 495 Broadway Malden and 53 madison st Malden FATHER AND SONS AUTO.

extremely unprofessional and dishonest!!! they promise deadlines and don't meet it. They returned the car without even being touched/fixed and they still charged for the service not provided. Scammers!! Don't waste time taking your car there.
