I called for a quote before I went up there and the receptionist was adamant they are really exspensive and I just can’t go up there without an appointment, I know Frank owns the shop there but the rudeness besides the point nonetheless showed how they run the shop . I will just move on . Rude customer service

It took a week for them to even start on my car. I know this because I drove past it on my way to work every day and it was right where I parked it still. When I went to recover my vehicle to take it somewhere else, they said they would start right away and have it done by the following week(didn’t happen). Well, two weeks after that I finally have my car. Also, they don’t call and update you for anything. Do not recommend.

Repairs looked good for about a year. Now the paint on both of my vehicles he repaired has faded so much, they look horrible. Took them back to him, but was told they are out of warranty. If needed, I will not use him again.
