I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED OR TREATED SO POORLY OVER 26.00 IN MY LIFE! THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONES AND WORKS THE DESK IS RUDE AND WAS SUPER UNHELPFUL WITH A SITUATION HER LACK OF LISTENING SKILLS CREATED WHEN I CALLED AND EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT....NOT ONLY WAS SHE RUDE AND SNARKY AND ACTED LIKE I JUST TRYING TO NOT PAY! SHE MUST HAVE SAID SOMETHING PRETTY HORRIBLE TO THE OWNER WHO THREATENED TO DRAIN THE OIL BACK OUT OF MY CAR...BUT IT WAS EXTREMELY EMBARRASSING AN UNNECESSARY...SHE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HERSELF AND THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE DELIVERED TODAY!! GARY YOU CAN EAT THE 26.00 OVER WHAT FOLLOWED WITH YOUR EMPLOYEE. I own 3 vehicles and i wont ever come back to your shop over the way i was treated today even for a damm oil change. She was also pretty unhelpful when i called to see if you guys even had the tike today! Telling me it was appointment only! This ruined my entire day and ended up costing me alot more than 26.00 so thank your front desk worker for me

This guy was OBNOXIOUS with his "trumping" signs and up-side-down flags everywhere. Trumps tariff-taxes shut him down now. Hilarious irony that his own obsession that ended up bankrupting him out of business.

In reference to Zac Richmond's review. He reached out to me after visiting this shop with concerns with the inspection issues. He was told the tires were dry rotted, his tire pressure sensors were bad and that his valve stems were so corroded that they could even put air in the tires. So I told him I would take it elsewhere for a second appion. Wouldn't you know it the tires passed. They where magically able to put air in the tires. The low air sensor on the dash went off. This is the worst automotive repair shop that anyone can go to unless maybe you are there friend's and family. I read other reviews and the recurring tend I see is if your inspection is already up when you go in bad tires is there go to. Your not even backed by the BBB. Zac did not change the tires and I would like to see your video to compare to the tires so I can call out your bs. It had nothing to do with you taking the sticker off. You just took poor advantage of the situation. If you want steady business they it sound like you need better staff. He would have come back for more service in the future had you not tried to rip him off. You also claimed his tire sensors may be bad and you couldn't fill the tires because the valve stems were so corroded. The place I toof it to had no problems getting air the tire and once the tire was up to proper pressure the sensor on the dash went off. So when you do shady stuff like that then I'm sure you wanted to hit him up for sensors also. Bad business practices.
