Had 1pm appt that I scheduled in person the day before. Showed up at 1250. Was told my car would be in within an hour. They didn't pull my car in til 3:05. When questioned them about it and how long it would take once pulled in the garage we were met with attitude by the service advisor and told he didnt know because he isnt a technician. Also was quoted a price SIXTY DOLLARS cheaper on an oil change and then showed up here to be told a much higher price and they wouldnt do anything about it. Asked if we gave the person who quoted us the correct information, which we very much so did. Will never be returning here and will never recommend to anybody. I can understand waiting a little while for an appt because I am a reasonable person and understand things fall behind but over 2 hours just for an oil change?! No thank you. I am very confused on why I even made an appt. I also fell outside while PREGNANT because the end of their sidewalk was not salted and when brought to their attention they showed little concern and nobody went out and salted. So hopefully nobody else falls and gets hurt.

Horrendous experience. I arrived and spoke with a gentleman about having my battery replaced. Said it wasn’t a problem and I’d be on my way as soon as possible. After staring at my vehicle sitting with the hood up and nobody approaching it for over an hour, I inquired about how much time was left. The battery wasn’t ever in the building. Nobody even bothered to say anything. I would never have waited or agreed to patronize this business had I known. I was told it would arrive momentarily. It did not. Long story short, after waiting for hours I left with no battery thus meaning I cannot get to work tomorrow. If I wanted to wait hours for a battery I would have gone to the dealership and sat in a warm room, watching tv, and drinking coffee in a comfortable seat…and been home with a battery. Last visit I’ll ever make to any of this company’s locations. They cannot even be trusted to do the right thing while you’re sitting there watching.

I am always satisfied with Firestone Service Center. Today as well, Will provided exceptional service. Even though there was work to be done foe other customers. He managed to get a NYS inspection done for me without impacting others.
