Horrible customer service. I requested a tow at 11:30 am. They said they would be to my vehicle by 1:30-1:45. Seemed like a long wait time but I understand it can get busy so I agreed. However, they never showed up. I called them at 3pm to see what was going on and they said it would be at least 30 minutes and they would call us when on the way. I waited and when they still didn’t show up again I ended up calling another tow company, Tuckers tow company, and they were there in 20 minutes. When I called to cancel my original request, they never said sorry for the wait or inconvenience it caused. They have no regrets or no remorse whatsoever. What a waste of a day. I do not recommend using this tow service.

I had to have my wrecked work van stores there with all my tools for work. I'm very happy to report they are a very secure lot that supervises when anyone enters the storage area. All off my tools were still in the van as well as loose money that was laying in plain site. I recommend this business for towing and storage of your vehicle. Top notch service is what I experienced.
