Made an appointment for my car to be checked. I told him to check the whole front end. They say they did. They say the only thing that needs to be done was inner tie rods. They call me. Tell me it's done. I go pick it up. I get it back home few hours later. Wondering what that same noise is. Come to find out motor mounts were busted lower and top in the front. The lower a arm control is busted. The sway bar links was busted the sway bar was bent. My wheel bearings was bad. I had to come home and buy all the parts and have my husband fix it after taking it to Evans and several other shops just to be used. They charged me $500 for inner tie rods and sent me home with a car that I busted motor mounts and all the other issues still doing the same thing that it did. When I send it in. There was nothing wrong with those inner tie rods. They just done that and took my $500 and they was going to trust me in my car that they supposedly fixed out of state after I told them that I drive this car out of state several times during the month that I need the whole front end checked and that's what they sent me down the road. If I would have trusted that after calling and telling him I hear the same sound he said oh you're going to hear that. No, you're not. Yeah I'm going to hear it if all of that's wrong with it which is what was wrong with it. I used to be able to trust Evans but I don't know who they have in there or what's going on. You can't trust them now if they can't fix your car and you being the same state as the shop you'd think that would want do a great job but nope just took my money And everyone is right. If you are a woman and you go into a car shop whether women work there or not, they're still going to tell you something stupid and take advantage of you and that is cold-hearted wrong it shouldn't matter if I'm a man or a woman. They should do the job if I'm paying for it. BUT I WILL SAY AFTER I LEFT THIS REVIEW JEFF CALLED ME APOLOGIZING SAYING THAT I COULD HAVE MY MONEY BACK FOR THE LABOR IF I FELT THAT HE DID ME WRONG AND LIKE I TOLD HIM YES I STRONGLY DID FEEL THAT HE DID ME WRONG SO I WENT TO GO RECEIVE THE MONEY HE CONTINUE TO TELL ME THAT THE SAME THING AS HE DID OVER THE PHONE WHICH WAS WHEN YOU TAKE A CAR TO HAVE THE FRONT END CHECKED THE SUSPENSION GETS CHECKED THAT'S THE FRONT END WHEN YOU ASKED FOR THAT TO BE CHECKED THAT'S WHAT THEY CHECK BUT LIKE I HAD STATED THE WHEEL BEARINGS WAS NEVER FIXED HE SAID HUMANS MAKE MISTAKES WHICH I UNDERSTAND THAT AND I DID RECEIVE THE LABOR MONEY BACK HE ASKED ME TO TAKE THE REVIEW DOWN I TOLD HIM PLAINLY WHENEVER I WENT TO GO GET THE LABOR MONEY BACK THAT I WOULD ADD THIS TO THE REVIEW AND THAT'S WHAT I'M DOING

Highly recommend... From the time the tow truck pick our car up to the time all work was complete, these guys were nothing but professional, Jeff kept in contact with us to let us know the progress and his concern for us being without a car was very heart felt... Him and his guys do awesome work! I can't praise them enough...
