If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. What ever you do. Do not buy a vehicle from here. All they do is buy auction vehicles and shine them up and sale as is. They do not go through the vehicles and check me. Yes I should have known better. I bought a truck there. The oil was never changed and the spark plugs were original and come to find out the motor was bad. They tried to offer me a warranty and the warranty wouldn’t touch it because it was pre-existing. I took the truck back and dropped the keys off. They would not give me money or to the refinance company. Please do not waste your time here.

Bought this car about 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems ever since my latest problem is my ac that went out and noticed when I went to replace it over this weekend that I had discovered the airbag on the passenger side(glove compartment) was tied down by zip ties I have kids that ride in this car and I have to drive to and from Dallas in this thing. Why was this thing held down with zip ties and enough where it was not noticeable unless the ac went out in it

Read. Bought a very beautiful car. Customer service was great. I know car is sold as is but did not appreciate the fact that there was no oil on motor, tires we're bald, all the brakes we're grinding to metal. All that we notice few days later. I drive around with kids and would of had accident if I wouldn't have checked. Will NEVER EVER by a car here agian.
