My wife and I had been looking for a specific GMC 2500 for the past year or so to replace my old GMC 2500. We found this vehicle by accident on Car Gurus and that's how we met the great folks at Swanson, from the first inquiry until we drove it home Seth, Andrew and the folks at Swanson treated us like royalty. They took the time to explain the vehicle history and what we could expect for durability and maintenance. The service group was more than accommodating when we asked for them to put the truck up on a lift for me to inspect the undercarriage ro satisfy my OCD. I've been a GMC owner for over 35 years, both my wife and I own GMC's and we have never been treated as well as were were by the great team at Swanson. They are honest and know what they're doing.I had an issue with the infotainment and climate controls not working in the front that I couldn't figure out. The team at Swanson was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue quickly. It ended up being something super simple, but I needed the help to track down the problem, and I'm glad I took it to Swanson. I originally took the car elsewhere, and was told at the other place I needed to spend thousands of dollars to replace a bunch of modules. I declined that and brought the car to Swanson instead. I'm glad I did and I will be back.
