Countryside towed my car from a designated visitor spot from my apt complex. When asked for images of the car at the time of the tow, Countryside provided me an image that was conveniently cropped to exclude the VISITOR spray paint on the spot so it seemed like I was not parked in the right area. I’m not sure how you don’t know where the visitor zones are when you’re a contracted towing agency for a complex. this should never have happened. Images taken at night were provided by Countryside. Images taken the following morning show the same cars around me from the night before clearly proving I was parked there. Thankfully I was not forced to pay, however this put a huge strain on my day and I do not appreciate the fuss.

The ladies in the dispatch office are outstanding I called triple A a couple weeks ago for a dead battery Triple A sent countryside towing .. There was a little mix up I live on the third floor by the time I got downstairs the driver was pulling away ..Countryside sent another truck right away The driver had my battery replaced and my car up and running in 5 minutes ..The driver was kind enough to inform me that if I didn’t call the office I would lose the call as Triple A only allows 4 ..I called the office and was told they would take care of it .. There was a slight delay due to the snowstorm .. The office got in touch with their Triple A rep and I received not only one but 2 more service calls ..Im very pleased and grateful at how diligent these ladies were in addressing my issue ..Triple A or not if you need service give these guys a call .. Thank you
