Don’t bring your car there, I brought my car there because of the mechanics (Quinn) was interested in buying it. He insisted that I waited at Dunking Donuts instead inside the shop so he could check out the car. 45 minutes later he came back to pick me up lecturing me on what was wrong with the car and that in a few weeks if I didn’t sell maybe he would be interested. Funny thing is my car was running fine and engine light was off, mysteriously after my car being in his shop without me for 45 minutes my car engine light turned on and somehow Quinn doesn’t seemed that they were related. So car goes in fine and comes out with the check engine light on. That’s what happens when you trust a child to do honest bussiness. I would never bring my car there or recommend this business to anyone. If the place was honest and reliable they wouldn’t be hiding in the back.

I took my GLE to Euro Car Center for annual maintenance for the very first time. I had previously done all the maintenance in a dealer. Julia at the front desk took my information and provided a clear estimate of the work. Then when the work was being performed, Quinn, the service technician, called me and explained the findings and recommendations. They even suggested me to consider not doing some work I proposed because it wasn't necessary at the time. Throughout the process the communications were easy, clear and timely. They also provided excellent post-service summary and recommendations. It was an excellent experience, and I will definitely go back!
