Horrible service waiting time guaranteed a hour and more wait , guys cleaning inside take for ever just to clear one bay. Went when weather was bad so I understand, just went sunny spring warm day and same thing over a hour wait just to dump something small place needs better management and a better service, take the extra drive to Harvey's or north Smithfield

If you open up at 6 o'clock, they make you sit there for half an hour before they let you in the door. Saturday's the same way they open up at 7 o'clock. Go around back and you sit for a 1/2 an hour before they let you into the door what a joke? If you could give them zero would .Everything should be ready by six o'clock in the morning on weekdaysor seven o'clock in the morning on saturday if they make you wait for a 1/2 an hour, they should stay open a 1/2 an hour later.

If you can choose another service provider than Win Waste - do that. Unreliable service, you have to make several calls for the trash to be picked up. Extremely choosy drivers - if your containers are 1inch turned - not picking them up! During winter weather they super choosy when to come or not - even when the roads are clear. And most importantly, they charge you TWICE even if the failed pick up was due to their truck driver. Horrible service.
