Took my truck there for transmission issues. They told me over the phone it could be the clutchs in the transmission. So i toook to them they test drove it and i called them. They tell me it is hard shifting and they did a fuild change on it. Told me to drive it 1,000 miles if it the problem is still there they would have to tear the transmission down. Hard shifting in a transmission with 46,000 miles on it is normal? They never found the problem and the truck still does the hard shifting and grinds sometimes.
