He gave me a reasonable price for my tow from the south Bronx to Westchester and he was able to make sure that my vehicle was transported from one location to the next securely with his equipment. I was stressed at the fact that my car was not starting or shifting gears. I called my car service company and they referred me to your towing company. It was so easy to set up the towing service. I was told pickup would be at 11:45am and guess what, they were precisely punctual. But when Felix the driver came out and introduced himself I immediately thought I was very lucky to have my car towed by him. He was courteous, polite, supportive, respectful and friendly. Felix even tried to fix the car issue on his own in order to avoid the towing. Unfortunately he couldn’t, but he assured me not to worry and that he would deliver my car safely to the dealership shop. And that he did! Your towing company has earned my trust and respect in every capacity due to your driver, Felix. What a comforting experience I had, making me relax and confident that my car was towed safely, and my stress level reduced to zero. My compliments to your company for such competent and professional drivers to service the public.

Tow motive helped me out when other tow companies weren’t able to come get my car. They are very understanding and will help you in your situation as best as they can. And their rates were better than a lot of the other towing companies. Speaks both English and Spanish so i felt Like i was getting the best help around. They are also time efficient and will get to you with top priority. Highly recommend them
