Terrible experience. Was told they would arrive between 7:30 and 8am. Then it was 10am, then noon, then 130. Insane and I was just told to leave my car and that I didn’t need to be home. Totally missing the point. I had hoped to get my vehicle fixed today but now it’s tomorrow. Some advice- if you don’t want the job then just tell me. Don’t waste my time.

Nate was absolutely amazing! He came all the way from Taunton to Waltham in freezing weather to help me when I had forgotten my keys. He even picked up my keys for me. Throughout the whole process, he was incredibly polite, kind, and courteous. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.
