Inquired about a car, spoke to Alex, asked if the vehicle needed anything, and had been serviced and it was ready to go, I didn't get a direct answer to that question. I also asked if the car had any issues, he responded define issues.. right... I should have hung up there. Folks, don't waste your time. Edit: Alex's response: "When asked about used vehicle, we answered directly that vehicle runs and drive fine, no trouble lights, good operable condition, clean title and we do guarantee state inspection" That would have been nice, I would have bought the car :-) And he goes on: "Btw, we noticed that all your reviews are negative, so it seems consistency is your strong suit. Anyways we wish you one day life will treat you right." Nope, my reviews are pubic and I have a few positive ones this can be viewed by anyone and I hope they do. It's not professional attacking prospective customers when you don't like what they have to say. In fact, it drives prospective customers away. But it's up to you, it's your business. Instead of attacking my charter for an honest representation our our phone call, here's an idea, why don't you stand by the vehicles you sell? You can't because it's too expensive and you'd rather sell vehicles straight from the auction to maximize profits? The readers can decide on that.
