My car door was bent backward when my child opened it while I was reversing and a tree blocked it. I first went to another auto shop, where I was told the entire door needed to be replaced and was given a quote of over $2,000. Wanting a second opinion, I came to Crossroads Auto Body. The two men who helped me were honest and friendly. One of them literally pushed the door with his hands and knees and carefully bent the door back into the correct position. Within a few minutes, it was completely fixed. He simply said “thank you” and walked away—without charging me a dime. I was truly impressed by their integrity. They could have easily taken advantage of me, and I would have never known. Instead, they chose honesty, and that speaks volumes about their character and business. I highly recommend this honest company.
