I want to thank the Manager at Chip’s Auto in Hamlin for saving the day with a simple gesture. As a repair shop owner myself, sometimes the little things mean a lot. I am a member of Hilton Sno-Flyers Snowmobile club and me and another member had to replace a burned out heater blower motor in one of our groomers yesterday. After the job was done, we realized that the fuse was blown. We were running out of time to get out grooming so I went to 2 convenience stores in Hamlin looking for a fuse. No luck. I decided to take a chance knowing an auto repair shop should have the fuses. I explained the situation to the manager (I didn’t get his name) and he quickly grabbed me 2 fuses and wouldn’t accept payment. Keep up the good work and uplifting our industry. Thanks Jeff Klipfel

Had to bring my car back twice, brought it in for new sensors/valve stems and a tire patch on my rear passenger tire yesterday. Realized they didn’t patch the rear passenger tire when I got in it today and my tire was extremely low, so I went back and now I’m noticing 2 of my rims are damaged! I’ve never had an experience like this at chips they’re usually great but this time I was disappointed with their overall quality of work and communication.

Chips came through and replaced control arms and an alignment so we would pass inspection. Stayed true to thier estimate and time it would take. They have our business going forward!
