This has been an amazing experience for me. First of all, it was a surprise to find this location. I have been driving around all morning, looking for free pallets so that I can build a wooden patio when I stumbled upon something that appeared to look like mulch, but was indeed the answer to my prayers. I immediately pulled over and called the phone number and spoke to Ralph. He was so accommodating and gave me as many palace as I needed for the project. What was even more surprising was when he offered to use his truck to deliver it to my house And four of his employees came along to do the offloading. Now I know the cost of lumber so all I can do was give them a small token to show how much I appreciate what they have done for me. I’m a true believer in managing resources and I think that we need to make use of these pallets because they’re really good material And instead of having to cut down more trees, we can recycle them and make them usable in our living space for so many different things. I am not a contractor, however my friends and family call me “Barb-D-Builder because I do a lot of building in my home and I will love the opportunity to work with Ralph and create simple items that people can purchase from these recycled Pallets. So if you’re interested In having me build certain products Please check out this company before heading to any hardware store to purchase lumber. Ralph, you and your team are truly amazing. May God continue to bless you and grow your business. As you can see I have already started my project.

I responded to a marketplace ad that they ran for crates of all sizes, and they responded to me promptly and courteously. They were polite on the phone and gave great directions to get to their location. When I arrived, they asked what I needed the Crates for, and they took a look at my SUV to make sure that they were showing me items that would fit in my vehicle. They walked the lot with me showing me different options, and they were a lot! They were not in a hurry and they wanted me to be able to find what I needed. They loaded my car, and then they offered me a second crate for free.!! I was so delighted, and I am happy to write this very positive review for them. This was an excellent experience, and I will return there if I need anything wouldn’t such as bookshelves, storage bins, or cat shelters like I had to buy today.! very pleased and very thankful for their help

I sold a big machine to someone in Saint Thomas and the machine needed to be in a crate and safely arriving through vigorous shipping. This is the first time needing to crate something this big or at all and had no clue. I called Boston Pallets and spoke to Ralph who was very pleasant. I needed someone to handle the whole process in packaging the machine and putting it in a crate. Ralph had two guys pick it up from my house, brought it over to their location and handled the whole process. It was a relief that I didn't have to worry about anything. I will definitely be calling them in the future!!! Would highly recommend them!!
