Okay so I have come to this location before and I actually felt like an inconvenience when it was a battery issue with one of the employees. When I came today with a wiper issue and needing it replaced because it was that bad for safety something broke. Gavin is the one who helped and that is one really good employee with a great attitude. Definitely didn't make me feel like an inconvenience and actually showed me how to do it with the instructions and everything helping me understand it. It is windy. It is cold out. Definitely keep that one and give him a raise.

Empowering and Exceptional Service — Thank You, Michael D.! I had such an amazing experience at the AutoZone in Traverse City thanks to the store manager, Michael D. He went way above and beyond to help me replace the battery on my Mercedes GLK350 — a task that’s definitely not straightforward. We even had to pull up a YouTube video together to figure out how to remove the battery cover! What stood out most wasn’t just his knowledge and patience, but how empowering the experience was.
