I was in a pretty bad accident on Highway 85 star towing was amazing. They got my car out of a dangerous location and I did it incredibly quickly.. Tera along with her towing staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m very grateful for their help during a really bad day.. they were kind and respectful and communicated in a straightforward manner, which I always appreciate. Thank you guys so much. I would recommend your company to anyone I know.

I called to ask if they were located in Lovelock since the last place I called was 4 hours away. She refused to tell me their location. I told her my 17 year old son was stranded at 10 PM on the freeway and needed his small car towed to a mechanic 19 miles away. She was very rude, impatient, unkind and unprofessional. I told her we planned to leave the keys in a drop box but she said she was the professional and a lot of places didn’t have drop boxes, even though I didn’t get to tell her which mechanic we would like to tow the car to. So she couldn’t know if they had one or not. Without any compassion or willingness to help us get my son to safety she said call someone else and hung up. I would not trust this company at all.
