I have used Ray's services (U call it We haul it) for more than 8 years. From dumpster, clean out, clean up, trash removal, and demo, always very professional and friendly. I'm often amazed at how fast things are completed. Some of the projects I've had them do have been downright disgusting, and always completed in a timely manner, without complaint, and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend

They delivered the dumpster on schedule for the lowest price in Cortland, allowing us to keep it for seven days. After we completely filled the dumpster and then some after 4 days, they saw that it was ready to go and collected it with verification. No issues on the rental and we would use them again.

The most unprofessional “company” we have worked with. Hard to get a hold of them, they don’t follow up with their services, we had to inquire several times about payments and now they are trying to charge us double, we paid them on 11/28 and got the invoice that day. Months later they are calling with a very unprofessional attitude, claiming that we owe them, they said they “mailed the invoices”. Mind that they mailed them to a random address to a company that it’s not ours, they claim that we provided with such information which is totally false, and they have always had our contact if they had any concerns, but they went silent for months to then call and claim that we are not paying! This company is ran by unprofessional people who is trying to make extra money. We completely agree with other reviews, AVOID THEM, THEY LIE! They sent an invoice with the same date, the same invoice number and a totally different amounts of what the original invoice (already paid) was. We asked for clarification about the discrepancies but we got a random poorly worded response, communication with them is very difficult, they are not reasonable professional people.
