My experience here has been very pleasant from start to finish. They were quick, efficient, and their prices were more than fair. On top of that, the hospitality I received from the owner and the lovely lady who answers the phone was absolutely amazing. I know mechanics sometimes get a bad reputation, but when you come across people like this, they truly deserve all the praise. The Blizzard of 2026!! After clean up, my BMW X5 would not start. I called my local mechanics and they said it would be a week before I could drop my car to see what is needed. I went on Google to find the nest shop to handle my car. Top Auto Revere Trans. had the best reviews and 4.9***** I called and a lovely girl named Tiffany answered the phone with such mechanical knowledge, (she stated she had 3 X5's in the past). I brought the car and immediately was met by owner John with so much experience, he explained everything and sent animation videos, to better explain. Mt car was fixed quickly and the price never went up, even though extra work was needed. Charlie kept me update during the process. I recommend this shop to all of my family members. It is great to see a "family operation".
