I just bought a used Chaparral from Pilot Knob Marina and it was the best experience. David was fair and very easy to work with on the transaction. Mark went way beyond my expectations. The boat was serviced and water ready. All nessasary service was done before i pick it up. Tony did an outstanding job on the work and took time to answer all my questions. We met Mike Billow from Pilot Knob on Lake George in January at the Boston Boat Show. We viewed & negotiated terms with many boat dealers that day. In the end, Pilot Knob was by far the best deal. We purchased a 2024 Chaparral from them. The purchase & sale was very easy. They registered the boat & trailer for us. David & Mark were great to work with. Merissa, in Customer Service provided all the details leading up to the delivery and was excellent to work with. We picked up the boat in May and Mike reviewed all details with us. The console and GPS have many new features that we needed to learn, but Mike was very patient with us. We would highly recommend Pilot Knob for purchases or services. They are the best!!!
