The check-in lady is kind of rude. She expects you to know exactly what it is you're supposed to do, like you've been here a thousand times and has no consideration that this might be your first time. They make you park out on the street in front of a giant curve and the car is coming down. The other direction also have a curve and they're coming down a hill. I guarantee you that this place has caused accidents before. Hopefully if they had they weren't fatal but they might have been. I strongly recommend do not come here with a 54-ft trailer you barely can move and like I said if you haven't been here before with the very limited space, you got one wrong move and you're in big trouble. The doc people speak Spanish. They're not too ambitious on getting out there and trying to help you. They made me literally get in and out of the truck 10 times rather than just staying somebody there to let me know where I was. Not that it matters though because I don't speak Spanish. The good news is though once you get to a door they will start loading you

I love this place. It is small and quiet usually. Pays more than the other paper/cardboard recycling center and stays open 30 minutes later. The lady is sweet and spoils you with candy!

I have never donated cardboard before- and so I had no clue what I was doing. But they were very sweet and walked me through it, and even though I only had 20lbs of cardboard (from a move) I was payed a dollar and got some m&ms with it. I highly recommend them for donating recycling.
