Stayed in the 1 bedroom unit by the lake. Really liked it. Good, easy check in. The beds are comfy, the showers have good pressure, and the view from the unit is nice. The have a relatively stocked kitchen, but only small sauce pans and a frying pan. No soup pans for cooking soup or making dumplings. No can opener or measuring spoons. I called housekeeping, but no luck. I'll add those items to my packing list! But would stay here again.

We were blessed to be in the same unit we were in 3 years ago. We enjoyed our stay but noticed some changes: tv removed from the loft, sign in guest book removed from room. Although, I purchased 4 towel sets, I enjoyed the bath accommodations.

Checked in late since our room wasn’t ready when we arrived in town. After a long day of traveling, we arrived to an extremely dirty & outdated room. There was hair around the toilet, bugs in the shower, dust in the vents , hair in the shower, stains in the shower, dirt on the floor, grout in the tile, stains on the furniture, etc. It would be easy for housekeeping to see if they check the rooms prior to check in. Since the room wasn't properly prepared for us last night, we had to find accommodations elsewhere and drove around for an hour at 2am. If you’re looking for sanitary accommodations, this absolutely isn’t the place for you. As a timeshare owner, we are extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this location to anyone and I can guarantee we will never return! Update: Since the owner responded to my review stating that there were “other reasons” that we didn’t want to stay in their filthy accommodations, I’ve decided to update my review with a few pictures of their room quality since the video is too large to attach & the text proof for my “other reason”. The response I received from their management was very apologetic, so I’m unsure why they wouldn’t take accountability publicly.
