My battery was failing and I took my car here. Opening the hood my battery was heavily corroded, I needed a replacement and in a time pinch. Carroll took a look at the battery, and seeing I was stranded went to great lengths to help me out. He cleaned the leads to the battery and the mounting parts, and installed a new battery with silicone gel and protectors to prevent future corrosion problems. Carroll was extremely knowledgeable about the available products giving recommendations on trade offs of different batteries. I highly recommend speaking to Carroll for your car part needs as he was generously helpful and very good at what he does.

Had a stellar experience at this location, Jake was absolutely kind and thoughtful to my vehicles improvements and safety. I needed some updated parts for a new used car and he took extra time to assist me with the process. We always hope that employees of automotive shops have at least a cursory knowledge of vehicles, but that’s sometimes not the case!
